If you have been injured as a result of being a pedestrian hit by a car, or in some other type of pedestrian accident, it is likely that you may have sustained some quite serious injuries. If you have sustained very serious injuries you will be taken to hospital by ambulance where your injuries will be assessed and the appropriate treatment will be administered by the medical staff at the hospital. However, if your injuries are less severe you should visit your local A & E department, or your GP, as soon as possible after the accident so that your injuries can be assessed and you can receive advice on the appropriate course of treatment, if any.
Our Loyalty Law expert solicitors – who specialise in pedestrian accident claims – have access to a national network of treatment providers ranging from physiotherapists to psychologists. If you ask Loyalty Law to help you with your claim you will have access to private medical treatment for your injuries at no cost to you. The cost of the private medical treatment you receive will form part of your claim and, if your claim is successful, the cost will be paid in addition to any compensation you receive.
Our Loyalty Law service for you is free of charge and without obligation and our solicitors will quickly and clearly be able to guide you through the process of making a claim.
All Loyalty Law solicitors are checked and vetted to ensure that they meet our criteria in the following ways:-
