Your nominated Loyalty Law appointed Solicitor has paid Loyalty Law a marketing fee to enable Loyalty Law to market their services through their website. The marketing scheme is collective in nature for those paying a fee, who are allocated cases on a rota basis. It is not a whole of the market search as it is limited to members who have agreed to provide your required service with us. The fee is paid to Loyalty Law and it does not affect the value of your claim in any way.
Medical negligence is more complicated than general personal injury claims and often it is not possible to offer a no win no fee agreement. However, initial enquiries are completely free of charge and if there were to be any charges your solicitor would make it abundantly clear to you before they started charging for their time.
