Nicholas is a renowned expert in the field of accident claims and has featured both on television and in the national media. During his legal career he has also been involved in negotiations with the Transport Minister concerning claims against uninsured drivers. His legal book "Practical Guide To Uninsured Driver Claims" is still available on Amazon. He spent 14 years as a solicitor, mainly acting for the victims of a variety of accidents, from more common whiplash claims to multiple amputation cases and other complicated personal injury claims which often amounted to more than £1 million claims for compensation.
