Tattooist may seek injury claim solicitor

A tattooist may seek help from a personal injury claim company after having his hand crushed after being knocked off his bike.

The incident happened at the start of the month when Andrew Naylor was hit by a car owner who then failed to stop. As well as the hand injury, he suffered bruising, damaged shoulders and may by able to claim whiplash injury compensation.

After the accident, Mr Naylor was initially directed towards a minor injuries unit by the ambulance service, before staff there “freaked out” and told him to get to an accident and emergency ward.

As he needs his hands for his job, Mr Naylor now has to live off benefits and his fiancée’s wage as a trainee hairdresser.ADNFCR-3659-ID-19926659-ADNFCR
